This gives a finished look to the ad, helps to neutralize acidic paper and protects the ad from the elements. If you see any reflection (bright spot) in the photographic image of an ad, it is from the polypropylene sleeve and not from the ad. CONDITION: There may be some normal wear due to the age of the Advertisement (if any, see the photo above).
