Description: Up for bid is a vintage booklet, "Ben's Favorites." It is a collection of Benjamin Franklin's proverbs that were selected to teach the boys in the printing class of Central High School in Evansville, Indiana, about the father of Printing in America. As their project for Printing Education Week in January, 1958, each student chose one of Franklin's proverb and printed it "acording to the rules that govern the making of a small booklet." This booklet is extremely rare because only enough copies were printed for each of the 36 boys in the class to have one. It is in very good condition.
