This only extends an 8 lug pattern with 170mm center to center of wheel studs out the dimensions shown to the same 8 lug pattern. Spaces 8x170mm to 8x170mm. It was removed from a 1999 F-350 Super Duty. There were a few different adapters used in Ford trucks. Please use the measurements shown in the images to confirm it'll work for your application. Check the dimensions in the images and compare to your axle hubs. Some have had their front axle changed out to a later unit and these may not fit. This hub has COARSE thread wheel studs.
