Description: Vintage Kahla 9 piece demitasse hot chocolate tea set. This gorgeous earthy set includes 4 cups with their saucers and a pot with its lid. In beautiful blue, green, brown, and yellow hues with gold accents on a creamy background. It was purchased by my parents in 1989. They kept the original receipt which states that it was manufactured in Hermsdorf, Thuringia Germany between 1890-1923. This set certainly makes a statement. Approximate measurements: POT - including lid 8.75” tall, 7” wide including handle 4.5” at top tapering to 3.5” at the bottom. SAUCER - 5” in diameter CUP - 2.5” in diameter plus 1” handle In very good vintage condition. There is a small chip on the underside of two saucers, and the gold shows wear. Please see photos.
