Has wooden arms and a foot rest. Also hard rubber tires. Originally folded up but does not now. Old repair on the foot rest. 26 inches tall at the handle bars by 14 inches wide by 16 inches deep. Seat is 8.50 inches wide by 8 inches deep. Tilting back is 10 inches tall. 8 inch diameter rear wheels. 6 inch diameter front wheels.
