This listing features: An antique or early vintage Collins Legitimus 3 lb. 10.9 oz. double bit axe head made in Collinsville, Conn. The Collins Company name and Collinsville, Conn location are vivid, clean, easily readable but the crown and arm with Legitimus logo are worn but still can be seen (see pics). This axe head looks good and is still usable if you desire with top edge nicks/dents and really needs an edge. The axe head is 9 1/4" long, 3 1/8" in the middle and 4 3/4" wide on the cutting ends.
