Sometimes it doesn't turn on the first time you hit the power button. You can double check this by looking at the LED on the right side of the laptop. If the light immediately turns back off just press the power button again. I'm completely clueless as to why it does this. So TL;DR if you want to buy this you need to be patient with how long it needs to power on and give it a minute. 2nd, by default this laptop was using up to 60W of power draw in some heavy workloads creating lots of heat and making the internals get macbook air levels of HOT and draining the battery quickly. I fixed this by setting a 28W power limit in the BIOS settings with a tool called AMD UMAF which is a more typical and responsible power limit for laptops like this. It shouldn't impact performance noticibly and should remain in place even after windows updates and reinstalls. Don't be discouraged by this though this is a very power efficient and high performance laptop with one of if not the most power efficient pressessors of 2022. Theres no major dents anywhere or any scatches on the screen that I ever noticed, only a scratch on the lid. The included charger is USBC which is nice. There is a fingerprint reader built into the power button. Gaming performance at 28W is usually 20%-30% less a Steam Deck Oled for those who want to use it for gaming. However in a few games it's on par or faster.
