ACCOMPANIED WITH A LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY FROM PSA/DNA (CERTIFICATION NUMBER: AO06175), THE WORLD’S LEADING AUTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATION COMPANY The signatures were acquired by Erling Bergendahl, a well-known WWII Norwegian resistance fighter and film director best known for his movie Lalla vinner!, at the American Embassy in Oslo, Norway. Roosevelt toured Norway with King Olav V in June 1950, King signed when he received the Nobel Peace Prize in December 1964, and Johnson visited Norway during his Northern Europe tour in September 1963. Contains a bookplate of Bergendahl on the front pastedown endpaper and a typed note addressed to Bergendahl from the American Embassy in Oslo apologizing for not being able to acquire US Secretary of State Dean Rusk’s signature.
