Description: This is a vintage hand-hooked rag rug, floral pattern. It is in good condition with slight losses to the edges and some loosening of the binding on the back. The hooked pattern in the center is lovely, with bright pink flowers and green foliage and scrolls. The floral medallion is pretty with a black background and a nice scalloped/curved rose-colored outline. The flowers feature a bouquet of pink, purple, and yellow/gold flowers with several shades of green leaves. Unsigned and unmarked but probably from between the 1950s and 1970s. With a few minor repairs, this rug would make a pretty addition to many rooms and would brighten up the decor. Please ask any questions you might have.
