The grey hose appears to be another supply hose, and the black hose goes from the front of the machine to the hand tool one would use while the device is in use. Cosmetically, the device is in decent shape. The black hose in the front has black tape around it which could mean it's leaking. The foot pedal appears top not be original, due to it being hardwired into the original unit with wire nuts.
