Vermont history, Vermont family, Vermont land holdings (a large Bennington farm but also farther north, earlier homes and land in Charlotte and Burlington). One-of-a-kind volume with the added notes. Some pencilled markings within as well. Leather boards are worn but holding, taped in what seems a professional manner at inner hinges.
