Description: like brand new indoor/outdoor built-in air conditioner and heater; used only 3 months as a Refurbished unit. included warranty when purchased. was a god-send for my room but I moved out of my parent's house and no longer need it. only been used indoors. the wifi feature on this has been amazing allowing me to pre-cool my room before getting home Includes: - A/C unit with power cord - 2 original hoses and brackets to attach to A/C unit. the white one you see in pics is what I replaced one of the original hoses with a longer one I found on Amazon. second original hoses is safe in storage - window attachment (got off amazon to fix to a vertical window that slides left-right - drainage hose (important, as the unit does a great job of sucking moisture in the air so will need to be drained while running) what you see is what you get. it works flawlessly and never had any issue due to the size and weight of this, local pickup (Fullerton, CA) is highly encouraged
