Description: Lionel #1900 4-4-2 Steam Locomotive Powered, Complete O/ O27 Freight Train Set __________________________________________________ This is a used Lionel #1900 4-4-2 steam locomotive powered, complete O / O27 5 unit freight train set. It is a complete train set and is in excellent condition. The track and transformer are also in very good operating condition. Included in this sale are the following: 1 - Lionel #1900 4-4-2 steam locomotive, with a powerful DC motor with working headlight and lens, nickel hand rails, green marker jewels, a smoke generator with puffer and a 3 position electronic e unit that allows it to run in the forward and reverse directions controlled from the transformer. I believe the 1900 was built in 2006, which is what is marked on the flatcar, boxcar and caboose. 1 - Lionel Lines 8 wheel tender, with a nice sounding air whistle with electronic controller inside. 1 - Lionel #25030 8 wheel Billboard boxcar, with Lionel advertising graphics and sliding doors on each side. The 25030 was built in 2006. 1 - Lionel #26337 8 wheel bulkhead flatcar with 10 side stakes. The 26337 was built in 2006.1 - Lionel #36825 Illuminated 8 wheel SP style caboose. The 36325 was built in 2006. 1 - Lionel #AC1803000 77 watt power pack and controller with a speed control, a push to reverse button, a horn/whistle push button, a 110 volt power cord with wall plug, a 2 conductor track power cable and a Lionel CTC track power connector for connection to the track. This transformer and controller are in perfect condition and come with the original instructions and the original box. 8 - Lionel brown tie, O27 gauge curved track sections.4 - Lionel brown tie, O27 gauge straight track sections.. 1 - Standard operating instruction booklet 1 - Track polishing pad1 - container of mineral oil smoke fluid. I completely assembled the set and tested everything. This train is in excellent condition. The only problem I could see is a break on one of the struts of one of the flatcar bulkheads ( please see picture #14), but it is still mounted solidly and does not affect the operation of the train. The electronic e unit in the locomotive converts the AC track power to DC and the remainder of the circuitry creates the forward, neutral, reverse functionality for direction control. The track does have some rust and tarnish. I lightly cleaned them, made sure each track has 3 pins and the train runs nicely on these tracks. I am including a track polishing pad to maintain the tracks in good operating condition, I do not have any original manuals or boxes for these components other than the box and instructions for the transformer and controller as previously mentioned, the instruction booklet I am including gives basic tips and suggestions for operation. Overall, this is a nice, easy to operate train set, that will give many years of dependable enjoyment, and it is ready for display or to set up and play with.
