It is our flagship eyelet setting press and setting die combo system. This package includes our professional bench top custom arbor press and both #6 (3/16in) and #8 (1/4in) eyelet setting dies. The CKK arbor press has been designed to securely hold both male and female setting dies while performing the eyelet flaring operation. This is a heavy-duty press and features a modified arbor ram that accepts and secures each precision milled die with a pre-installed set screw. The mechanical leverage provided by this press makes setting eyelets a breeze. It is sturdy, creates a self-adjusting even force to virtually eliminate pinched or malformed eyelet roll-overs, and can survive the rigors of hardcore daily use. Each of our master series eyelet setting dies is precision milled from heat treated stainless steel. Each setting die has been individually tested for roll-over performance and has been certified by our staff. These setting dies have been step-milled and are designed to recess in the arbor and base of the CKK master series press. The CKK master series arbor press includes (3) additional fitted ram attachments that can be used for almost any shape or surface. This expands the CKK master series arbor press into a fully functional shop tool, perfect for pressing, flaring, and shaping chores of all types.
