Any other version is a rip off of our work. 🌟 About our signs 🌟 - All signs are laser cut and hand assembled - Green/White is in reference to the arrowhead ONLY - Sign colors are Summer Oak (light) and Espresso (dark) Please keep reading for the painted option - Welcome to our Adventure is standard but can be changed upon request - Only up to 26” wide signs are offered on Etsy (we advertise our larger size in the listing photos and title) - Signs are made from 5mm plywood for a total thickness of 10mm (larger sizes are a thicker backboard) - We do not attach hanging hardware due to customers needs all being different. Command strips often work wonderfully and are happy to provide other options based upon your specific needs. - The backplate is cut and the letters are engraved. Due to the underlayment composition, sometimes the letters don’t evenly engrave. We do our best to catch glaring issues but the letters may not all be the same color. - One proof is provided, we can make one change due to typos. More than one change or major reworks will incur a design fee (all orders are custom designed and NOT computer generated) - Outdoor application questions can be found in our FAQ - Please message us for the Link 🎉 Keep in mind – we leave lots of space/characters in the personalization section so you can add any additional notes to us you want us to know. There is still a limit to the number of characters available on each size – 17" signs and especially 10" signs will be limited to number of characters. You can view some videos of our work on instagram - @360promotion.moseslake 🔎If you are interested in our larger sign (32-48”) often a pictured is the one our owner, Aslynn is holding (thats a 36”), those can be purchased exclusively on our website - Please message us for the link 💚 WHAT YOU GET 💚 -Design proof before production (no need to message us and ask about it, you will get it.) -Professional packing and labeling -World class customer service the whole time We can do rush jobs (within reason) with a rush fee and/or expedited shipping costs (paid via venmo or cashapp). 🔎 THINGS TO NOTE Current production time is at 2-3 weeks and we are currently not working on the weekend. Please review the estimated shipping time in your orders. In addition, any orders requested before the expected ship date will incur a rush fee (reference above). Cancellation - If you cancel before we have send a proof, we will refund 100% of the order. If you cancel once a proof has been sent, 25% is non-refundable. If the sign has gone to production and you cancel, 50% is non-refundable. We hate to do this but pulling an order from production is no small feat. *Please remember!* These items are custom and hand made/painted, there may be minor flaws in the paint or even in the wood, which is often out of our control. We do try to make sure that there are no major problems with either of these before shipping out. (Stain colors and Engraving details may also vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and variations in the wood – ie: wood taking stain differently or the wood engraving differently.)
