In the unfortunate event that you receive a broken item, please save the label and packaging. Please take pictures of the broken item & protective packaging as well as the mailing label. The post office also requires the package be brought to to local postmaster for inspection, obviously you are not required to do this but I would be very grateful if you do. Our shipping fees are also generated through our E bay account, we enter size and weight of the package and the cost is calculated for your location.
