It looks like the seam stitches missed as opposed to more of a tear. However, I did not want to fix it if this really was a rare vintage brand. Seeing as how I have found no information on it, it may not be. I do not see a tag with the material so I guessed polyester. It feels a little silky. The top has a cotton-eque lining. It does not seem to be swim wear. Otherwise good vintage condition. Some loose strings. Super bright colors and fun pattern. Armpit to armpit approx 21". Waist across is 15." Top to bottom approx 23" Although it was freshly laundered and pressed, stray pet hair or my hair might be present. Also, it is now shoved into a bag w new wrinkles, awaiting your love.
