RARE Vintage 40s stunning lace evening gown by designer Jack Herzog, a famed Jewish designer who sought a better life for his family through his love of fashion. Beautiful draped neckline adorned with iridescent sequins. Metal side zipper. I could see this as a wedding dress or the perfect gown for some extravagant evening party. Lined with crepe, that has discoloration and some lipstick stains on the inside (not visible when worn). This dress is in great condition on the outside, sans a small hole near the hem. The netting on the underside of the cowled collar is a bit tattered but this does not effect the outward appearance of the gown.
