They are too tight for me. Father Time has been unyielding to me, and my feet have lengthened over time. They haven't grown, but stretched out due to the arch relaxing. Happens with age, and I am 77 years old. I now wear size 13! Why do I call these shoes 'awesome'? I have had plantar fasciitis repeatedly over my lifetime. The ratcheting buckle fastener has allowed me to snug these down to a firm fit, which has made my cycling much more comfortable. I'll mail these in a USPS Priority Mail Shoebox, unless you specifically request me to double box these and include the Sidi box inside a larger box.
