Description: This is a Singer Industrial Sewing machine Model 65W1. This is in working condition, ready to sew.Its a high speed, single-needle lockstitch machine. This Machine Feeds From Left To Right. Its hard to find much information on these, but I'd say its probably from the early 1930's. I've only seen a few of these, and this is the only one that still had it's baseplate. It features a smaller custom size tabletop of birch plywood with oak edging. It has an original industrial size cast Iron base, an original Singer 1/3HP clutch motor, original cast iron bobbin winder, original(and working) knee lifter, and original cast iron thread stand.Iv'e done my best to refurbish this machine and create an ideal setup. The lamp head is not original and I added parts to make it articulate properly. I also added the stainless steel thread guide in the spool stand.I have included a wooden block which is used to support the machine when its tipped on its side for service. Also included are several bobbins(this one takes featherweight bobbins) and a variety of needles all compatible with this machine, as well as two thread stand adapters for supporting larger thread spools. This setup is very heavy...Local Pickup only.See pictures for details.Ask any questions before purchasing. Thanks for looking.
