Throttle valve seat.Throttle valve spring.A set of paired body o'rings as: ME7B17, ME7B23J, ME7B31 and ME7B68. 4 total o'ring sizes. Advisory: The barrel nut is extremely difficult to unscrew on this tool and requires special tooling. If you don't have it and attempt the removal of the nut you will likely not succeed. I include the barrel isolator and disc because it was recommended to change them with the valve halves. SERVICE NOTES: This throttle valve / trigger valve kit works to repair an air hammer that won't shut off when the trigger is released or passes air when the trigger is released. I provide the trigger valve spring, trigger valve, valve seat and required o'rings in this offering. If the actual air hammer performance is weak or erratic then my barrel valve kit is provided to address that issue. Make sure the finish on the piston is hand polished and smooth when disassembly occurs. A polished dry piston should float back and forth in the barrel without sticking. The barrel valve kit has both halves and the flutter disc. My kit provides phenolic material which is better for the long term life of the valve halves. If you find any broken pins forget ordering them from Snap On. Measure their dimensions with a digital caliper. Go to a hardware store and buy drill bits to make new ones out of.
