Description: Lovely old vintage Germany porcelain ruffle dress design hand painted girl figurine. Beautifully painted and detailed face. I am unsure of the artist who made this sweet piece. Approx. 4" tall. Marked Germany on the bottom. Condition - Beautiful piece however some condition issues - a few flowers/leaves missing on skirt area - some ruffle areas have chipped/broken off near bottom edge on back side of skirt - body area is in great condition without chips - some crazing - see all close up photos for condition details.
