Description: Uncancelled Allegheny Valley Railroad Co Pittsburgh PA Stock Cert 1853. This is the 1st one of this stock that I have come across that was NOT cancelled. There are 1000s of cancelled ones out there. If it was cancelled I wouldn't be listing it. I'm sure one of very few, if any others, that were not turned in. Measures 10" x 9". Issued/Uncancelled. See Images. Usual Folds. Shows were to edges & some foxing/soiling. Numerous folds with some wrinkling. B1-170 I started selling on here in 1998. I actively listed till around 2013.
