Ken Foss Designs Upscale Vagabond The Estes Vagabond was a "high-performance" rocket kit made in 2010-2012. This kit built an impressive rocket that not only looks good on the ground, but could reach impressive heights on "E" motors.The Ken Foss Design's Vagabond brings back this classic with even more impressive performance. A wide, stable fin base allows this rocket to stand up without support. The simple paint scheme and decals make this kit easier to finish than some other kits in this series.You'll want this big rocket in your collection. Kit includes: Heavy-wall Rocketarium tubes, an Aerotech nose cone, Bad Boy Rocketry laser-cut plywood fins and rings and a Kevlar shock cord along with vinyl decals from CF Fluid Art to give you the foundation for a first-class build. YOU provide the motor retention, parachute, rail buttons, and skill. A Top Flight 30 inch parachute (not included) is what Ken uses and is available in our store along with 1010 rail buttons - launch lugs may be allowed in your region but are not recommended for flights over "G". A step-by-step instruction sheet is included to guide your assembly. Vinyl decals from CF Fluid art replicate the original's graphic design with wrap-around stripes and name decal. Kit does NOT include: motors, ignitors or launch equipment. This kit builds a head-turning rocket with outstanding performance. A high-power capable airframe allows for H-motor flights to truly make it a stand-out in your collection.This is a mid to high power rocket capable of G to H flights. It is recommended for Level one certified flyers and intended to be launched at clubs. This is not the kind of rocket you take to the park and fly.
