Description: What you see here is a beautiful 50" Casablanca Delta II 3 speed ceiling fan in the antique white finish. Since the 1970’s, Casablanca was known for making some of the highest quality ceiling fans which featured innovative technology and designs for the time. This particular unit was manufactured on December 19th, 1988 right here in the USA. The fan is 3 speeds, and adaptable with remote and wall controls if you wish to add one. It is also light kit adaptable. Inside this fan is the reliable and powerful Emerson K-55 motor that's paired with a rubber, noise canceling, self balancing flywheel. As far as cosmetic condition goes, this fan is in good condition for its age. There are a few small scratches in the finish on the switch cap, blade arms and downrod but these are not noticeable when hung. The blades also have a few minor scuffs on the sides but the main flat parts still look very good. Mechanically, the bearings have been replaced, therefore the fan runs silent and wobble-free. With the purchase of this unit you will receive the following: a complete motor assembly, mounting hardware, and a set of 5 fan blades. All screws are included.
