The measurements are of the actual romper. Compare measurements to a garment that fits well. My mannequin’s measurements are 32”,23”, 33” and it fits well with a little extra room in the cups. The straps are adjustable with three buttonholes in the back. Metal zipper. The fabric is cotton, not faded or worn. There is one tiny repair by the zipper (last picture). It measures: Bust 32”, stretched 34” or more Waist 22”, stretched 26” Hips 36” Center bust to waist 10” Waist to crotch 13” This is hard to measure because of the stretchy panels in the back. Best fit is to allow 33”, 24”, 36”. Your measurements should be smaller. Smoke free/pet free home
