Description: Vintage fence or wire stretcher with rope in fair condition. The pulleys all seem to turn freely. I don't see any brand name on it. I'm not real familiar with these and I am not sure if all the parts you would need are there, but it looks like it would still be in usable condition. It looks like one of the ends connected to the rope has a part missing, so I included a couple of extra ends. The rope isn't in the best of shape.
