Description: Vintage MCM Annemarie Davidson Enamel on Copper Plate Seashells Seashore 7.5 This beautiful Mid Century modern enamel on copper plate by Annemarie Davidson features favorite things found on a day at the beach by the seashore. Depicted are a variety of seashells, an urchin, a sand dollar and a starfish. It has a textured design and high gloss finish. The coloring is rich and bright. A thick dark black band around the objects makes them pop out in front of a vibrant blue background. Overall the paint appears mottled, speckled or sponged with either complimentary colors or tints. The plate has felt pads on the back and is marked with Annemaries stylized initials of AD. No plate stand is included. It appears for pictures only. This item is in close to excellent pre-owned vintage condition. There are no dents or dings in the metal, no chips in the paint and just a few tiny surface scuff which are hard to see.
