This is a beautiful matted and framed girl art print by Gene Pressler. I believe she is the Peters Shoes girl based on comparison to similar prints. She is standing near a balcony railing holding a pair of Chinese Lanterns. Overall it measures approx. 11" wide by 13" tall in the faux bamboo frame with reverse glass. The frame shows some wear along the edges. I have not opened the back of the frame to check for any additional information.
