Installation services are an option Optic Cuts and Footprints (Red Dot): Trijicon RMR / SRO and Holosun 407c / 507C / 508T and other popular “RMR footprint” optics – mounting position is in front of the factory location of the rear sight (dovetail remains behind the optic cut). The Shield RMSc and Holosun 407k / 507k / EPS Carry will also have the dovetail remaining behind the optic at the rear of the slide. Vortex Viper, Vortex Venom, Leopold Deltapoint Pro, EOTech EFLX, and Trijicon RMRcc will have a dovetail IN FRONT of the optic cut – this is not changeable and is designed for maximum safety and performance of the slide internals. No optics cover plate is included. For additional information on optic cuts, screws, compatibility Slide comes with proper mounting screws specific to the optic. You must use the screws we provided. Blue Loctite recommended for proper sight retention. Do not exceed optic manufacturer’s screw torque specifications.
